Albert is the President and Chief Surveyor with experience in public works, heavy civil, public land surveys, commercial, residential, and military surveying. He has been a professional licensed surveyor since 2011 with over 30 years of experience. His background includes heading survey departments for surveying and civil engineering firms in California and Virginia.
